DEC 2009 - Franklin Community Health Network/Franklin Memorial Hospital (FCHN) has signed an agreement for Healthcare Revenue Strategies (HRS), to drive its Denial Management Project. The RemitWeb Denial Management Software agreement covers maintenance, network management, monitoring and security. Michelle Dunlap, FCHN Director of Patient Financial Services, said: "Reducing and eliminating denials is a top priority for FCHN. The HRS software is designed similarly to a much more expensive nationally known product. FCHN is committed to reducing denials and reducing cost and trust that the HRS RemitWeb denial software product will be our answer."
