DEC 2009 - Franklin Community Health Network/Franklin Memorial Hospital (FCHN) has signed an agreement for Healthcare Revenue Strategies (HRS), to drive its Denial Management Project. The RemitWeb Denial Management Software agreement covers maintenance, network management, monitoring and security. Michelle Dunlap, FCHN Director of Patient Financial Services, said: "Reducing and eliminating denials is a top priority for FCHN.
